LM potencies require a little more work — usually ten seconds or so for each dose. Their advantages are myriad, however. LM potency remedies may only be prescribed by your Homeopath.

LM Instructions
- You will be given a 4-ounce stock bottle of your remedy to keep in your refrigerator.
- You will take one-dose each day, unless otherwise directed.
- Each day, before taking the remedy, hit the bottle with moderate force against a hard surface, such as a leather bound book.
- Then take one-teaspoon from the stock bottle, after hitting it, and place it in 4-ounces of purified water.
- Stir 40-times with a non-metal spoon.
- Then take one-teaspoon of this solution, and throw out the rest. This is one-dose.
- Contact Tina when you are beginning to run out of your stock bottle.
- Please keep your stock bottle out of the sunlight.
- Nothing by mouth for 20-minutes before and after taking the remedy.
